Today was my fourth day going to the gym and I’m starting to get into the rhythm again. I actually really love working out but I don’t like finding time. After work with it being dark and all, I just want to go home and relax. So I bit the bullet and began going in the morning. This has been a good decision as the gym is very empty during this time and my post work out euphoria leaves me in a good mood for the rest of the day.
I don’t do a whole lot of running, though I know I should. I try to do a mile at the beginning of my workout and then move on to something else. Monday I did a booty and leg workout. Today I did a full body which left my abs screaming.
Tomorrow will be no gym because I’m going to the barn after work for a lesson! Friday is back to the gym in the morning and will be an ab intense work out.
